Gender Equity
Challenging the attitudes, beliefs, and practices that perpetuate gender inequality in Sierra Leone. Through the MenCare Program, school-based initiatives, and traditional leader engagement, we work to reshape norms at every level of society.

Women's Economic & Social Empowerment
Building financial independence for women through community savings groups, business skills training, and targeted financial support — because economic power is the foundation of safety and agency.

Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights
Empowering women and girls with knowledge about their sexual and reproductive health — through education, advocacy, and community sensitization that respects their rights and supports informed choices.

Access to Justice & Legal Empowerment
Training community paralegals, educating women on their legal rights, and building a network of community justice advocates who bring legal empowerment directly to the most remote communities.
